How the initial review and advisory process works
Our process is designed to assess profile suitability, clarify realistic pathways and support qualified applicants through institution-specific requirements.
Initial form
Submit basic profile information, including education, professional experience, current role, achievements and contact details.
Eligibility review
Your background is reviewed against common evaluation factors and typical institution-specific expectations.
English-language interview
An English-language interview is required as part of the initial review to better understand your background, goals and professional achievements.
Profile assessment
If your background appears suitable, we assess how your experience, achievements and public value may be presented professionally.
Pathway discussion
Where applicable, potential next steps, requirements and suitable institution pathways are explained.
Application support
Our team may assist with applicant profile preparation, required materials, communication support and application process coordination.
Timeline
The preparation stage may include interviews, background review and administrative steps. In many cases, this stage takes around one month. The full timeline depends on the university and its internal schedule.
Final decision
Submitting an inquiry or completing an eligibility review does not guarantee acceptance, nomination, admission or degree conferral. Every case depends on institutional review and the candidate’s actual background.
Our advisory role
We support applicants with eligibility review, professional profile assessment, guidance on required materials, preparation of applicant profile, communication support, introduction or coordination with a suitable institution where applicable, and application process support.
We do not issue degrees and do not make admission, nomination or award decisions. Final decisions are made only by the relevant institution.
